“Quintal” is Portuguese for backyard. Students are welcomed into our academy, given individual attention and encouraged to develop their own form of personal expression. Like in a backyard, we want people to feel at home and part of the community.
The Quintal blog is lead by the teachers of Capoeira Angola Quintal to help guide and support the students of our community. This is just the beginning of a new space for individual growth outside the academy. It’s quintal training time!
