Children’s Program
Children’s classes:
Monday through Friday, 4-5pm (ages 4-7) and 5-6pm (ages 8-12)
Saturday 2-3pm (ages 4-12)
Boy and girls love capoeira! After a fun warm up, we learn the kicks, cartwheels, music, while having fun! Our program develops FDR – focus, discipline and respect – and ALC – achievement, leadership and community. We are supportive and inclusive and look forward to welcoming you and your children to our center.
First class is free! We want you and your children to experience the magic of capoeira!
Mestre Ombrinho, a master teacher and head instructor at the center, is a leader and pioneer in teaching capoeira to children of all ages and abilities. Our team of teachers have years of experience at our center and in the NYC schools.
