You never tried a Capoeira class before? Its been a while since you did your last class? Join our absolute beginner's class, 60 minutes of capoeira fundamentals. Experienced capoeirista? Looking for a group in NYC? Try our intermediate and advanced classes offered daily. Feel free to observe. Guests always welcome!

Children's Capoeira Classes

Capoeira (cap-oh-we-rah) combines self-defense, dance, acrobatics, music. Try the first class free! Each year, for over two decades, we introduce thousands of children to the magic and benfits of capoeira. So much more than fitness for children, capoeira develops focus, discipline, respect, and leadership skills.
