Children's Capoeira Classes

Capoeira (cap-oh-we-rah) is self-defense disguised as dance from Brazil. Each year, for over two decades, we introduce thousands of children to the art of capoeira. So much more than fitness for children, capoeira develops focus, discipline, respect, and leadership skills. Try the first class free!
